“This home was the perfect location for our family spring break to the Virgin Islands. Located centrally, it felt like we could get to most places on the island in 15 minutes tops. Home is lovely and well appointed and sits high on the mountain where you can see ocean from both sides. Home contains everything you could need for a beach retreat and we found the pool to be a welcome added bonus at the end of the day. “This is a wonderful, safe location on St. Thomas. The beach was incredible and easy access. I would suggest you rent a car to explore the island. Our only issue was the check in. Luckily, we arrived at 4:30pm. The office staff was in the process of leaving as we tried to check in. It would have been a horrible start to our vacation if we had missed them. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful. They did get us checked in quickly. There needs to be a better process or at least more directions given.”

“Absolutely loved my stay! Marcia and Garth were fantastic hosts—very welcoming and responsive. The home was spotless, cozy, and spacious, with amazing AC (which can be hard to find!). Everything was just as described, and I felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back!”

“The property was gorgeous and the host had everything you could need. From kitchenware to chairs and snorkeling gear for the beach. If you're renting a car be prepared for the hills and very bumpy, rocky roads but that's not a reflection of the property. The roads are like this on the entire island.”

“Lindy and Ena were fabulous hosts during a recent stay in St. Thomas. While the unit doesn’t have views of the beach, it does have a level of comfort that's hard to beat. I occupied the home with one other family member which allowed us to have our own room and not feel cramped. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the beds/rooms were comfortable, and the entire unit was very clean. The location of the home is minutes away from Red Hook-- a great place to be centered for first-time...

“Tropical Palm Villa was everything and more as advertised. The view, deck, furniture and pool made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay on St Thomas. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 teenagers. They loved the pool and private space in the separate cabana. The beach towels and beach supplies were ideal and made for care-free packing. Host and property manager were excellent communicators and provided great recommendations before and during our stay. ”

“We can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed for 4 nights and there were so many things we loved. The location is incredibly convenient - you can drive to Red Hook in about 5 minutes and access dozens of excursions and the ferry to St John. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we loved having the windows and doors open to hear the waves crashing on the beach at night.
