“When booking on Expedia your room is booked as an average stay. This means you cannot upgrade or change your room. Room 308 was clean. However, it had a strong musty, cat urine smell. We did not complain, we just went and bought lysol and sprayed every day. We were on the bottom floor and could not change the room. But now we know the room types Expedia will give with their so called package deals.”

“We immensely enjoyed our week stay here at this historical home. We canceled our stay at a noisy resort (because of the numerous horrible reviews). Villa Santana is beautifully renovated and decorated; and impeccably clean. The owner, Shannon, was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any inquires we had. It was nice and quiet here, and if we wanted activity, downtown Charlotte Amalie was just a 3 minute walk down the hill. We were very tired after our red eye flight across the...

“The owners are very helpful and super friendly. The courtyard garden is a great place to view birds and anoles. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.”

“Staff was very kind. Upon arrival, there was no power. After waiting an hour the power was on the duration of my stay. There are some improvements needed on the grounds. It seems to be very outdated and old. Overall, I had a decent stay, and the view was spectacular. ”
