“I’ve stayed at this property 2x in the past month. Amazing value. I needed a quick overnight last night while traveling and drove a bit out of my way to stay at this comfort inn bc I knew i would be getting a nice, clean, comfortable place in a nice area with great staff very close to colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary. I hope my daughter goes to college at W&M. This will be my go to hotel if she ends up here;)”

“Do not stay here. The rooms are disgusting. There was blood on the window curtain, blood on the shower curtain, and an old blood stain under the mattress. It smelled of cigarette smoke in my room. The “fitness center” had four machines and one was broken, and it smells terribly of mildew. It felt musty. Don’t even get me started on the free breakfast, the pancakes tasted frozen/microwaved. The sausage was okay, but the eggs tasted like they were made from a carton, and mixed with water. They had...

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“The hotel was perfect. Free breakfast with l out a of options for everyone. The room was very clean. Our puppy was very happy in the room while we enjoyed Busch Gardens. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of places to walk our puppy. ”

“This might be the cleanest property I’ve ever seen. The whole place is beautiful. They also have a little internet lounge area and a fitness room with decent equipment. They have a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. The room was amazing. It was like a little one-bedroom apartment and the master bathroom was nicer than mine at home! It looks like they keep up with renovations regularly and invest in maintainable whereas a lot of big chain hotel franchises seem to not care anymore. ”
