“Siamo arrivati in questo hotel con un caldo incredibile e ci è sembrato di entrare in un'oasi di pace e freschezza ;inoltre l'hotel ci ha organizzato una navetta per andare a vedere il tempio d'oro alle cinque di mattina il che si è rivelata una proposta molto sensata visto il caldo insopportabile del resto della giornata. Il personale e anche la dirigenza sono stati stremamente disponibili ad aiutarci.”

“Property is good to roam around but a BIG NOO if any one wants to stay there. They leave guests on their own during the night. There was a continuous stomping sound at the roof of my room so I started calling them around 10.30 BUT no one answered the calls. I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL. “It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent ! I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks ”

“One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.”

“When we arrived at the premises, the staff at the reception was not aware of our pre-paid booking even though we had called the hotel just an hour before the arrival. The staff had to contact a few people then only we were allowed to check in. There were no reasonable transport service available with the hotel. There was only one filthy washroom in a twin double bed room booked for 4 people. We had informed the staff beforehand that we will be checking out at 5:30 in the morning, but...
