“Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room...

“Hotel still under construction, food needs to be improved upset stomach every time I ate. Need to use separate knives when cutting fruit - all cut fruit tastes like onions. No uber which was a massive issue for this reason alone wouldn’t stay her again. Hotel offering local ride extortionate prices. Parmjit in restaurant was absolutely fantastic.”

“Despite the 100+ Himachal students running around the property, general manager Satnam did an exceptional job managing the entire premises. I stayed at other hotels but this hotel is run smooth like a well-oiled machine.”

“Nice room and a comfortable bed. The gym was well equipped and the outdoor swimming pool was clean. There is also a small steam room which helped after the workout. The staff were helpful. The breakfast offering and the menu for the other meals was comprehensive and the food was fresh and delicious. ”

“Loud music played until 2 am and I did not sleep all night. The morning breakfast was substandard, with most food either covered or not set out prior to 7 am open. Rooms are not well kept, shower and tub felt dirty, as did bedding. Look for other, branded options when staying in Phagwara. ”
