“If you’re in the area, and need ation, you really can’t get any better than this hotel, ideally situated in the heart of downtown right on the little river. Hotel is nicely furnished, very well kept and modern amenities everywhere. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.”

“This hotel was understaffed. With an 11:30 pm rush from the airport, there was only one beleaguered desk staff person to check everyone in. I waited more than 30 minutes, while others were in line for an hour. And the airport shuttle leaves off at 10:30 pm, so many of us came by taxi or ride hailing. Not great service, Holiday Inn. You are near the airport, and advertise to airport travelers, so it behooves you to be prepared. Have a late shuttle, and enough staff for the desk”

“I love that this property was walking distance to Target and multiple food spots. We went to a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a 4-5 minute walk which was SUPER convenient.”

“A causa di un volo cancellato siamo rimasti in questa struttura prenotata all'ultimo minuto. La struttura è nuovissima, le camera sono incredibilmente pulite e la qualità del servizio è elevata. Purtroppo il coffee bar era chiuso e l'unico modo per fare colazione era pagare il buffet aggiuntivo che non era incluso nella nostra tariffa. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei.”

“Easy to find Ohare airport shuttle for ten minute ride to hotel, check in quick and kind, room nice, quiet, appreciate the coffee-tea maker in the room. Breakfast was hot and fresh, plenty of everything. Very good value overall.”

“Check in was fast, but room #226 key did not work, took service tech about 15-20 minutes to fix/change door lock. Body cream and hair conditioner bottles were empty otherwise room was nice.”
