“Benjamin from the front desk was absolutely the best!! He was helpful, considerate, kind, always had a smile on his face and never once acted as if we were an inconvenience! The house keeping ladies were kind and friendly and always smiled!! This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, hands down! The guy making that was doing the breakfast was busy and always making sure there was enough food and kept the area top notch clean! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!!”

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi.
Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città.
La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming.
Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento.
Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "
"The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! "
