“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“This was a conveniently located hotel with lots of walkable eating options and easy access to mass transit. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was cordial and friendly. This will be our home away from home when traveling to the Chicago land area.”

“The worker in the front who helps guest unload and load their cars was AMAZING. I think his name was G, he was super memorable and made our stay amazing.”

“I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

“At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up.”

“air conditioner was to loud to run and try to sleep. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was minimal.”

“The TV didn’t work. I requested another remote and it still didn’t work. The TV can’t be connected to any streaming platform.”
