“The elevator was broken which took a bit longer for everyone to get to rooms etc, also the carpark is really tight! but overall I have always had an amazing stay here!”

“We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness.”

“Don’t book with 3rd party as they put you in the smallest , noisiest and claustrophobic window view showing the rooftop noisy generator and aircon unit. The card malfunction mutiple time for entry. The ironing board cover is pretty dirty and you won’t literally place anything in on top of it let alone ironing your clothing. Expedia need to review its relationship with the hotel as they need to improve the type and quality of room allocated for Expedia members”
