“Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple! Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful. Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!”

“The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. The AC is awesome as well as in it’s a much needed item in...

“Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. ”

“Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! ”

“Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well. The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing. Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep.”
