“We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. “I only stayed one night but this place was excellent and I will definitely be back. Super warm and friendly welcome, and excellent communication in advance of arrival. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, set in a beautiful property. The sherry in the room was a cherry on the top of all this!
