“Very good breakfast and excellent location. Shuttles to the ski lifts were abundant and available anytime. Staff and rooms were very good as well. Used ski rental right in the hotel”

“The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! If you want to cook there is a full on kitchen, dishes, stove and fridge in each room as well and Apple TV and good Wi-Fi - anything you could need really The staff really do go above and beyond. They picked us up from our airport shuttle drop off and they would take us to the mountain every day...

Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. “I visited this hotel during the low season, traveling alone. There were only a few guests, and they were discreet and respectful. The place is absolutely immaculate, with newly furnished and clean rooms. However, there was a slight issue with the water pressure, which was a minor inconvenience. I would also suggest they provide air purifier, as dust tends to accumulate in the room, but it was manageable. “I liked the convienience of shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Also the breakfast and dinner buffet -many different delicious choices. Onsen with the view in the same building was also great. ”
