“LOVED the private outdoor hot tub (露天風呂). Room was spacious and clean. We slept with the windows open to hear the running river. And the public bath was also quite nice. The food was a little pricey for the quality. But everything else was exceptional. ”

“This hotel is such a wonderful gem. Staff are super nice, rooms are very well-equipped, and the amenities are hands down the best. We booked a room with a private onsen which I highly highly recommend. It was so incredible after snowboarding all day and getting to relax in your own private onsen that has a view of the mountain. “Staff was very nice, overall amenities were very good (nice gym etc). Very clean with regular upkeep, accessible laundry and common rooms on every floor. Shuttle every 20 mins to base of the lifts. Excellent value-Highly recommend!”
