“Understaffed. Nearly impossible to get room clean outside of their schedule. I feel bad for their staff. The owner needs to step up and hire more than 3 cleaners. ”

“LOVED the private outdoor hot tub (露天風呂). Room was spacious and clean. We slept with the windows open to hear the running river. And the public bath was also quite nice. The food was a little pricey for the quality. But everything else was exceptional. ”

“Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

“One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...
