The on-site Izakaya restaurant is comfortable, tasty, and a great way to lounge with friends, shielded from snow, after a long day of skiing or being out in the mountains.”

“A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. ”

“The distance between the lodge and the ski area are closed, so convenience. And there are many shops nearby for skiing tools shopping, restaurants, food trucks, convenient stores and souvenirs shops, nice. Three of us could occupy a room was great. No need to share it with others.”

“Midtown Niseko is a great place to stay for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the transportation to and from the ski area was seamless and user friendly. The staff was helpful with getting us a ride to the location where we picked up our rental gear, and they provide a drop off location for the gear when you are ready to return. “Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. ”
