“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean property and room. A lot of remodeling being done but it did not hinder our stay. The only downside, was the in room refrigerator did not work.”

“When I booked the room on Expedia, it said the room had a balcony. When we checked in our room did not. Went to the front desk and she said only the rooms in the atrium had balconies and she did not have any available. She said we booked a standard room and they don’t come with balconies. On Expedia website it says standard room with balcony. We did not get what we booked online and was very disappointed. ”

“We stayed for the night in n the way from Toronto to Wisconsin.
It was spotless and the front desk staff were very helpful.
We were traveling with a dog and they made it very easy for us.
Breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean.
Highly recommend this hotel”
