“This is a fantastic resort. Massive grounds. Clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort offers a lot. Very safe and conveniently close to Plettenberg Bay. This was a business trip but will be back for a pleasure trip ”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is super cute and has a lot of charm. Our room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our whole family. The staff was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed spending time in the common areas.”

“Despite the entire booking for this property going through Expedia via their booking platform, this was a scam. The Dunes hotel itself is well run and just outside the bustling town of Plettenberg bay. Sadly we did not get to stay there. The manager, Neil had previously sent Expedia information about the scam in the weeks preceding our booking but unfortunately we were still scammed. “We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared .
