Schon beim Check-in überzeugte das freundliche Personal, und wir freuten uns über ein Upgrade auf ein großzügiges Zimmer mit Terrasse. “Bell'albergo con camere in perfette condizioni: ampie, pulite, comode con letto perfetto. Bagno grande e gradevole. Perfetto per chi deve fare tappa per altre mete. L'hotel, infatti, è un po' fuori città ed è opportuno avere un mezzoproprio. “Das Hotel liegt an einer Brücke zur Altstadt und ist sehr günstig, um Lübeck zu erkunden. Dom mit Konvent-Café und die Mühlenstraße mit Bäckerei, Supermarkt und diverser Gastronomie ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das Steakhaus im Erdgeschoss ist auch empfehlenswert, ebenso wie die benachbarte Pizzeria und das Kino. das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon hatte einen Blick auf die Straße und den hinter Bäumen hervorschimmernden See sowie die Domtürme. “Hotel centrale e molto piacevole sin dal primo approccio: l'hotel è in un antico palazzo in una zona centrale ma molto tranquilla ed è stato rinnovato con gusto. Lo staff, tutto al femminile, è molto cordiale: anche se la lingua avrebbe potuto essere un problema, siamo sempre riusciti a comunicare e loro si sono dati da fare per essere d'aiuto, il che è capitato proprio bene visto che al terzo giorno del soggiorno mi sono fatta male alla schiena ed ho dovuto passare il resto della vacanza...

“Ein sehr hübsches kleines Hotel mit sauberem Zimmer, das eine familiäre Atmosphäre vermittelt , was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe. Besonders betonen möchte ich hier die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiterinnen. Hierfür möchte ich mich ausdrücklich bedanken.
