“Fantastic place, charming, quiet, Terry a great host/owner; beautiful location 2.5 km walk to downtown Tairua but pitch dark at night, glad I had a reflector vest Basics in place for cooking, TV has Netflix, prime and good channels. Water across the street, complimentary kayaks and shovels for hot beach ( but I was late getting there) Great base to take off in day trips Definitely my go to should I ever return.”

“The scenic view of the costal shoreline at La Casa were absolutely stunning.Hidden away from the public eye its beauty surrounded with well manicured gardens with lush foliage.Set above sea level this tranquil serene yet peaceful private lodge is highly maintained.Partically surrounded in native bush with echoing harmonic sound of native birds as they frolic near and far.My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves wishing we had more time to stay longer.We were gracefully welcomed finding...

“Needing a last-minute overnight stay, we booked this property and honestly weren't expecting much. However, from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the pristine condition and how well cared for everything was. Our host, Marie, is an absolute gem – her hospitality was outstanding, and we especially enjoyed her delicious homemade breakfast. The room itself was incredibly cozy and tidy, with thoughtful details that truly elevated our stay to a four-star feel. Without a doubt, we recommend...
