“Excelente alternativa de hospedaje en Granada, la única desventaja es la ausencia de parking. Una crítica constructiva es que realicen un inventario de los activos de la habitación Es muy embarazoso que estén preguntando por toallas mal contadas. Con todo cariño”

“Great hotel in the middle of the city, the pool was really nice too as I went during the summer and needed it from long walks into town. Room. Had cold AC which was nice too. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel organizes events which was great. Definitely recommend!”

“This property is excellent, we stayed at 2 others while in Nicaragua and this was our favorite. The staff is nice, the facility is clean and well kept and the view here is absolutely stunning! We will be staying there again when we visit Nicaragua again!”

“Amazing experience. Beautiful hotel that is walkable to many touristy spots. Breakfast is to order and was good. The mattress was the only thing that was a little uncomfortable, but aside from that everything was perfect!!”

“This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. “There are so many great things to say about this hotel. Beginning with the staff, which is almost always the most important part of a hotel, they were all great. Very professional and accommodating. “Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”

“Hotel Boutique Mosaico was a very pleasant revelation. HB Mosaico truly lived up to their reputation. It was exactly as you'd expect from this category and caliber of stay. The place was Amazing. Very well decorated, very open spaces. Fantastic atmosphere. Great breeze. Lots of natural light. The pool temperature was refreshing but not shocking. It was a Great space for relaxing and cooling. Breakfast...???!...Very much an Authentic Traditional meal, with "Gallo Pinto", eggs, and fried sweet...

“The hotel is very poor. Cleanliness is bad - towels and bedding was marked, old and threadbare. There was no bin in the room, no wardrobe or hangers. The ‘kitchen’ area had a fridge but nothing else (no kettle, toaster, glassware, plates etc). There was no hot water for the entire stay (turn the hot tap and nothing comes out). Cold showers only. The ‘bath mat’ to step out of the shower onto was a door welcome mat, and was filthy. Breakfast was of a basic standard. Most of the staff were...
