“the stay was comfortable and the hotel was located conveniently for a number of travel services such as laundry and convenient stores. a significant blemish was that their contracted bus company had one driver who was mean-spirited and exercised his 'control' over elderly customers. after my complaint and hotel verification by hotel videocamera recording, the hotel apologized profusely for what happened. hope they fix this issue, as the rest of their staff were very kind and pleasant.”
