“I’m just going to state the facts here. When we first arrived, the electronic keypad did not work. We had to communicate with the property manager. They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in. When we got in the housekeeper, showed that the door jam had been mangled from a previous visit and was probably the reason the electronic key did not work. When we gathered...

“Accomodation was well kept and very clean. Parking was tricky, very close to the main road. Perfect if you want to make friends not so much if you want to be left alone.”

“Such a cute property ! Communication with staff was friendly professional and the view cannot be beaten. We didn’t make use of the pool given the time of season we were there was a little chilly.
The whole space was clean and had everything we needed.
The only thing we wish we had was a fan in the room.”

“A beautiful eco hideaway within easy reach of the town and beaches. Great old town, restaurants and bars close by. Parking garage. Very relaxed, gorgeous natural pool, loungers and outside space/loungers/bbq area. Well equipped kitchenette, decent shower. Nice decor touches. Would definitely stay again.
Only negative for us was the bed was small for two adults, not even quite a double and pillows were very hard with only one per person. The room was large so definitely room for bigger bed.”

“Great place to stay! A few hairs (that weren't mine--i have short hair and these were long) around the bathroom but minor issue.
Staff was so kind and although they seemed a bit confused about the group messages the hotel was sending, we figured it out.
As it turns out, this hotel is owned by Wot and there are multiple Wot Ericeira locations but we are all on the same chat! So if a message says, meet in the lobby or yoga or BBQ or breakfast/lunch/dinner at a certain time and location, keep...
