“Camera assegnata all'arrivo non corrispondente a quella prenottata. Tipologia inferiore e lontanto dalla spiaggia. Lunghe e animate discussioni per avere quanto gia' regolarmente pagato. Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata. “Vi bodde i en 2 soverom villa med privat basseng. Dette var helt perfekt for en familie på 5 personer. Servicen var upåklagelig! Frokost og middagsbuffet er lagt tilrette for asiatere og russere, som det er mest av på hotellet ( ikke så mange russere) plassen er helt nydelig! Det eneste jeg savnet var søppelbøtter på stranden, til å legge plasstikk/ søppel fra sjøen i.”

“Staff were lovely, food and drinks were lovely. There is no beach access at the actual property. You need to catch the bus to get to the beach front facilities, away from the property. Nice resort”

“A really nice hotel in a great location ”

“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”

“신축호텔이라 시설 깨끗하고 위치가 너무 좋아요. 해변 바로 앞은 아니지만 걸어서 5분 정도면 갈 수 있고 한블럭 안이라 오히려 조용해서 좋더라고요. 루프탑수영장에서 보는 시티뷰나 일몰도 예뻐요.”

“A room was upgraded to a sea view without charge. A little negative with this room was that the water leaked a little after showering or all in all was very satisfied. The hotel is located by the shopping mall, coffee shops …and the pedestrian crossing - you have to walk slowly across the street, so drivers can avoid you and very important, DO NOT RUN fast across the street. ”
