“During the time I stayed I called ahead of time to check that my room was ready because I was going to start being on my way but he rudely ignored my question proceeded to ask when was the room for when I have already addressed it. He continued saying that there was a deposit I had no issue paying but couldn’t explain to me and hung up the phone on me. “Proximity to the airport, strong hot shower, reliable airport shuttle, decent breakfast, and comfortable bed give this stay a 5 stars! Staff was all friendly. We also took advantage of going to a bar at another hotel in the complex and a Starbucks in a different hotel. Good for the money! Paxton, the airport shuttle driver was extremely nice and helpful. Remember to tip your driver. Thank you!”

“Not luxurious at all. The room was dingy and felt dirty. The shower floor looked like a dorm room shower floor that had never been cleaned. Many things were broken or didn’t work. Paint peeling off of outlets and just looked like it needed major updating overall. The best part was that we had a man outside in his car all night (who was assumed to be a staff member) in his vehicle blaring music. When we called to report this, the staff member at the front was very sweet and prompt at going out...
