“I was there less than 3 hours before water started leaking down the walls and through the ceiling of the bathroom. The room above had left their tub filling. Went to alert the staff as it was an emergency. They chose to continue checking in staff instead of addressing it immediately. It was at least 20 minutes before they did. “This hotel was conveniently located for the tinley park amphitheater concert we attended. Not much for dining/ drinking venues within walking distance. Cleanliness of room and as not so good, shoes/feet stuck to floor, when I cleaned floor with a white towel, was black when finished.”

“Room had toothpaste splattered on the mirror, someone’s hair all over the floor in the bathroom, huge stains on the walls, used tissue in the toilet. “I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend other people who come. The hot tub was really amazing. The scenic view on the way to the place was also amazing as well. We were there for the Fourth of July and please believe they were quite a few explosions.”
