“The staff was great during check in and made the process quick. They were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. The amenities within the room like the whirlpool and shower/steam room made my experience great! The bed was comfortable. Overall, my whole experience at The Champagne Lounge was amazing and made my anniversary special. I will definitely be returning to the CL in the future. “The pool is only open till 8pm. There we multiple noise complaints about us for just normal activities. We could hear our neighbors enjoying there vacation (it was loud ) while we were trying to sleep (the walls seemed very thin). Walking down the halls we could hear conversations coming from other rooms. No maid service was given, no clean towels, beds weren’t made, garbage wasn’t emptied.
