“The staff were very helpful, polite, and outstanding. Unfortunately I had a good bit of issues with the lights in my room not turning on, which was pretty frustrating after an exhausting day. Maintenance had already left, so there was nothing they could do. Couldn’t find me a new room since they were overbooked. “The room was ant infested. The ants got into our new can of $46 formula which weh and all over items on tv counter. Once I got
up and started moving around the ants were in our bed and bags. I requested a new room and was given one. The shower had shampoo smeared on wall and all over dispenser as if it weren't cleaned prior to our arrival. All I was given was free parking since I booked through a third-party.”
