“Vista stupenda sul lago dei Quattro Cantoni (parte sud, molto scenografica). Staff molto accogliente. Camera confortevole. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. Piuttosto caro rispetto a strutture analoghe, ma è così in tutta la Svizzera. ”

“What a great place! Lungern is a nice, quiet town with a beautiful lake. Emma’s B&B is up on the hillside by the train station. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant and had a range of options. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and amenities were awesome. Had trouble finding parking especially since we reached at 12:30 in the night. As most European hotels there was no AC and it was very hot in the room even though we had fans. I don’t think the self check-in was very efficient when it came to getting answers to some imminent questions like parking, AC, possibility of a late checkout.”

“3人で宿泊しました。角部屋アイガーマウンテンビューで景色は最高でした。部屋にはキッチン，食器，調理器具がありcoopで食材を買って夕食は自炊することで食費の節約ができました。朝食はバイキングでパン，チーズ，ハム等，自分の好きなもので満足です。滞在中はバスの無料チケットをいただけ重宝しました。教会がすぐ横にあり鐘の音がとっても心地良かったです。浴室の排水が少し弱かったけど我慢できるレベルかな。次回，訪れる際も宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。”

“Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti all'hotel Hotel-Restaurant Bänklialp ed e' stata una sorpresa piacevolissima. Camera molto bella con balconcino con vista su tutto il paese e sulle montagne, ottimo ristorante, ottima colazione, personale gentilissimo e c'è anche una zona spa con sauna e bagno turco.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo Hotel a circa 15 minuti di auto da Lucerna. Hotel molto bello, con una visuale fantastica dalla stanza direttamente sul lago. La stanza non è grandissima, ma pulita ed elegante: il bagno è piccolo, ma pulito. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è gratuito. Cibo buono ma carissimo. Parentesi su Lucerna: cittadina molto bella ma carissima. A pranzo, 2 cordon bleu, 2 calici di vino e un caffè, 68 euro! ”

“The bedroom and the hotel was so clean and fresh. The view of the Eiger from our bedroom was amazing and I never tired of seeing it. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. The hotel had a calm feel. Located slightly outside the town meant that it was a peaceful setting while still being close enough to facilities. I would certainty book to stay at Grindellodge again in I was holidaying in the area. ”

“An incredibly charming, and a well maintained historic hotel. Staff was really nice, and the breakfast (with that view) was something I looked forward to everyday. “Wonderfully hospitable service and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very kind and offered kind suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! Absolutely loved this hotel!”

“The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. ”
