Hotel a Passo del Susten

“This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes. We look forward to another stay in the coming years. ”

“The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. Beautiful views overlooking lake Lucerne. We were able to have a set on the outside patio which was fantastic. The only issue was the a/c unit. It cooled very well but...

Un appunto sul servizio, che per un albergo di questo tipo dovrebbe essere un po' più attento a questi dettagli: non era indicato che fosse raggiungibile solo in funicolare, all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il servizio per portare le valigie in camera e al ritorno abbiamo dovuto scoprire noi per caso che era disponibile un servizio di navetta dall'albergo alla funicolare.”

“Sono arrivati tardi in albergo ma gentilmente si sono organizzati per farmi avere la chiave ed accedere. Hotel pulito, silenzioso e molto accogliente.”

“Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.”
