“The hotel/resort is in a nice location, a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 15 minutes walk from the center of Cenang.
The front desk staff is always very nice and polite, the staff at breakfast not so much.
I stayed here 3 nights, the room was big enough for me, but had I been with someone else (it was a double room) it would have probably been a bit small.
After the first night the room was not cleaned, they just provided new water bottles and fresh towels, but floor and toilet weren't...

“My family of 4 loved this holiday here. It was peaceful and relaxing and was very close to restaurant and the jetty port. There was also a sunset cruise at the hotel as well. ”

“Clean nicely maintained room with the most comfortable bed I have had in Asia. Staff is awesome and super friendly. The pool is very nice and large enough to acomodate the guests comfortably. The only drawback to the hotel and it’s not their fault, is that it is about a 15 minute walk to shopping. That being said 15 min. Walk or 15 ringgit grab cab that is there in a few minutes and you are on your way. ”
