“I have stayed at many hotels. Hands down this is the worst hotel staff that I have ever dealt with. My room was gross upon check in. Four of the six pillows had a pink substance or hair all over them. There was also hair on the beds that wasn’t ours. “Beautiful place! We traveled with a one year-old and the baby pool was closed the day we were there. That was a big disappointment for us as our little one was overpowered in the larger pool and not a fan of the lazy river. All in all we had a beautiful stay and will definitely go back.”

“The location was great!! The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the screened in balcony with a lovely lake view. The only negative was not having a fridge/microwave to keep water/food cold.”
