“Our assigned room was not ready when we open the door to it. However, the staff did get us a new room immediately that was clean.”

“It was one of our nicest visits. We have been coming to the Isle for decades. We missed the buffet so much. The added restaurant for breakfast was a great addition. So happy to stay put and have all we need in the areas of breakfast lunch and dinner!”

“What an unexpected find! I had never heard of this chain before but it was in a good area and the price was great so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad that I did! Everything was great from the start. Staff was friendly and room was clean. But the BED, so SO comfy. I would definitely stay at this property again and will keep this chain in mind for future trips. Highly recommend”

“Stayed three nights, and was pleasantly surprised. I loved the fact that the pool was open late, the beds were comfortable, and the property felt safe. My only complaints were that the pillows were not the best; and the steakhouse upstairs is a little overrated/expensive for what it is. Save your money, if you want a good steak, just go to Texas roadhouse it’s better quality and a quarter of the price.”

“The employees of this hotel were amazing. Very informative and our room was always kept clean. The continental breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. The building can do some work and the tub had a little bit of rust in it. That would be the only complaint that I have.”

“The staff was the best that I have ever experienced, they handled flash flooding, computer system crash and very rude loud sports teams with a smile and never became flustered. I was impressed with the rules for quiet hours and that staff enforced them.Quiet close door hinges made the stay awesome!”

“Upon walking into the lobby, was very spacious and clean. The dining area for breakfast was incredible, so was the breakfast. Our room was great! We loved the space and the bathroom kitchen and family room area was very clean.”

“While we were very disappointed that they didn’t have a pool or spa. The amenities are gorgeous. We slept well. The food and the drinks are some of the best that we’ve had in all of our travels. Sean from the front desk was attentive and made her stay more pleasant. ”

“I wish this hotel and staff could be at all of our stops as we drive across country! Spacious and clean room, very friendly staff all around. The “free” breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve had. My kids loved it too. Myrna was working the morning we ate breakfast in the lobby and she was so kind and helpful. I don’t see us traveling to Iowa again, but if we do- I would only stay here!”
