“The room was incredibly poorly stocked - we booked for 5 people and had cutlery and crockery for 2. The fridge and aircon were not on on arrival and the temp that day was 39 degrees. The website is listed as access to a pool which is why we booked - only to find the pool is the local public pool not “nearby” at all and another cost on top of the stay. Very misinformed. ”

Upon enquiring about the restaurant hours, we were notified that the restaurant was not operational, and the bar license had lapsed. After enquiring about breakfast as it was included in the price, a makeshift station was set up with a toaster, microwave with some cereal, toast & juice offered.
