“Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...

“cibo scadente, sala ristorante senza climatizzatore, pulizia scarsa, trovato un animaletto tra le lenzuola, l'acqua del lavabo puzzava terribilmente di pesce, camere senza wifi, né asciugacapelli né frigorifero, telecomandi tv e climatizzatore solo con cauzione di 15 euro. Alla reception non hanno accettato il mio vaucher, ma hanno preteso di verificare il pagamento. Visto che il wifi non funzionava mi hanno fatto aspettare nella hall per quasi 2 ore.”

“L'hôtel est de belle apparence avec de beaux équipements en apparence mais tout est vétuste. 3 jours a l'hôtel c'est 3 jours a harceler le personnel pour obtenir les télécommandes des climatiseurs installés dans ma suite. Impossible d'en trouver une compatible, il en fallait 2 je fini avec 1 seule qui permet un usage limiter a on/off le technicien fini par avouer que la seconde est en panne et qu'il ne reussi pas trouver de pièces détachées. La restauration est a vomir, trop gras la moitié...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel, a beautifully restored eighteenth-century family home, is arranged with great taste and attention to detail. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Check-in was as smooth as it gets—they immediately provided us with a WhatsApp contact, which made communication easy throughout our stay. Sousse is a historically rich and fascinating city, and the hotel is ideally located—everything of major interest is within easy reach. We also had excellent meals at several nearby restaurants. One of the highlights of the hotel was the terrace, which offers a wonderful view over the old city and the sea—a perfect place to start or end the day. Some of the bathroom appliances could be improved, but that does not detract in the least from the charm and fascination of this place. We’re already looking forward to returning."
