“I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable condition of my room during my recent stay on 4/22
To be blunt, the state of the hotel was filthy and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable.
I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience.”

“The lobby is the first impression and as soon as I walked in it smelled stale, like a dirty humid rug, same thing with the hallways. Next after speaking with the front desk agent we found out there is no restaurant on site nor a real bar. The bar is a small cart behind the front desk with about 4 bottles in it. The room was good for the most part besides the mold in the shower shelves. They do not make your room everyday, we requested out be made up in the morning of day 2 and they did not,...
