“This experience fell far below the standard that was advertised and expected. First, I scheduled a timeshare presentation and paid the required $49 fee. After confirming my slot, your team canceled it, stating the time was no longer available, yet my payment has not been refunded. This is unacceptable, as the cancellation was not initiated by me.
Second, one of the main reasons I booked this unit was for the in-room jacuzzi tub. However, the hot water only filled about one-quarter of the tub...

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“The staff was very friendly upon arrival. With it being marathon weekend, they were super helpful providing details on road closures. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was some mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Aside from that, everything else was clean upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located along the boardwalk with some great restaurants in walking distance.”
