Hotel a Virginia

“This is a new hotel. It is not complete and should not be receivingt Guests. They could not ever find my Expedia reservation that I had paid in full and they charged me for my lodging advising me to contact Expedia for a refund of the amount I had paid to Expedia.”

“The room was fine but the breakfast area needs an overhaul- chipped tables and chairs and tape on the booth seats where it had been cut and worn through. The breakfast was mediocre at best and th staff in the breakfast room and the maids couldn’t wait to get off duty.”

“I stayed here with my dog while we were going to visit New River Gorge (which I also highly recommend!). Nobody seemed annoyed that I had my dog! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. It was safe and clean. The park was super close and there is a ton of stuff to eat nearby as well. I appreciated the room also came with a fridge and microwave. Good tv options (it rained a lot on day so I appreciated this). Coffee available all day. Ample parking. Really can’t go wrong...

“Staff was pleasant, activity room area was vibrant and full of guests having fun when I checked in. Room was clean, with easy to clean surfaces no carpet which is a plus. Bed was ok but would definitely benefit from having a memory foam topper or better mattress that is designed to prevent pressure points. Walked through the breakfast counter area, saw basic hotel style offerings. Very little seating offered in breakfast area. We choose to have breakfast at one of the many local breakfast and...
