“Staff was terrific. Bath tub drained extremely slowly. Door to guest room was extremely difficult to open and close. Internet connection was difficult to establish but the staff was very helpful in getting it figured out. Need more than paper coffee cups in the room. Glass and/or plastic is needed for some types of drinks. Staff was great at getting a glass for me. Mini Mart/Sundries Shop needs alcohol to sell to guests. Parking spaces are too narrow. My passenger side door was hit by...

“I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, especially the bathroom. Expedia claims there is a gym, but there is no gym. Staff was nice but facilities were very depressing. There was no cups, plate, or silverware in the extended stay unit. A sign said you had to ask for whatever cutlery you needed at the front desk. That made me worried about how bad theft must have been at the hotel. ”

“A very relaxing stay with great hospitality and many places to rest and relax. Four out of Five stars for cleanliness was only due to the stairs not being vacuumed. I guess not many people take the stairs anymore!”
