“L'hotel necessita di essere rinnovato ma il rinnovo e' previsto e viene pubblicizzato nella lobby per questo inverno. Lo staff alla reception e' cordiale e disponibile. Il servizio di pulizia e' un piccolo disastro se confrontato con gli standard europei, un giorno dimenticano gli asciugamani un giorno la pulizia della camera un giorno di rifornire il set per te e caffè , comunque servizio discontinuo. “Very accommodating. Area was quiet. The pics are a little outdated in regards to what it looks like but the grounds and pool were well maintained. We did have to pay the taxi extra to come down the very bumpy road to get to the inn, so that would be my only suggestion for improvement. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to cater to you. Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophia’s bakery and a shop less than a minute’s walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didn’t take the bin out. But overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here and will return!”
