“Clean room. Very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and willing to bring extra towels and shampoo and conditioner on request. They have golf carts and bicycles to use. 3 very clean well kept pools. Breakfast was great as a meat eater but not many vegetarian options or gluten free options. “Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night.
