Hotel 4 stelle a Città di Maryborough a partire da 62 €

"PAY ATTENTION BEFORE TO BOOK THIS STRUCTURE! It’s a “fake” 4 stars hotel, with price of a 4 stars, but rooms and services of a 2 stars. I booked this hotel instead of another by choosing to pay more money because of pool presence. I was here during my honeymoon and we asked for a “nice pool view” room, as it was also shown in some picture from reservation process. When we arrived, given room was completely different from the one we selected and they said that “our room” closer to the pool given to an incoming Group the day after (we stayed 2 nights). We spent two nights in a street view room, full of dirt, with no possibility to close the door of the room (broken, not safe at all) and with also the door of shower broken (water all over the room on the floor). Room was dirt with some ink tanks over wardrobe and, worst thing of all: we extra paid also for “CLEANING SERVICE”, but room was not cleaned at all after first night and neither towels were changed. We went to reception and they said clearly “yes, we don’t clean anything, we just Made up your bed”. 50$ extra for making bed is crazy. Then, last day we asked to do a shower before to leave and they said “there is one next to pool” (pool that was also not well maintained and full of kid screaming and diving despite it was not allowed - no relax at all). Btw, shower was not working and, when girl at front Desk realized it said “ok, you can use an own gym membership and take shower there”. A theft at all and not a 4 stars."
