“I have reserved three nights at this Hotel "Rersort" during a business trip since the usual hotel I go to was completely booked. The room rurned out to be relatively small considering it is a 4 star and the bathroom incredibly small. The entrance door to my room looked more like an office door. The air conditioning automatically shut off removing the room key, this caused the room to get hot during the day. Getting back at night after dinner I found the room temperature to be higher than that...

“It was a nice hotel, but the ad on Expedia isn't accurate. The "spa" was only two hot tubs on the roof that were out of order. There was no sauna like in the pictures, and no massages or anything offered. Also, the "second pool" was just the shallow section of the one, not especially large pool. I should also mention that the wifi and the main power to our room kept shutting off. I don't know if this was a problem for the whole city or just our hotel, but it went on for the entire trip and...
