“Camera spaziosa letto comodo. Struttura moderna e recente, bisognerebbe però curare alcuni dettagli della stanza (pulisci water e alcune piastrelle non fissate adeguatamente e l'acqua della doccia non calda). Ottima e varia colazione, non troppo distante dal centro, una buona soluzione per visitare Liverpool”

“I received a lovely courtesy call which booked me in to the spa prior to my arrival, unfortunately when i arrived it hadnt been actually booked and was at a time the spa wasnt even open at 7am which was disappointing. The room however was lovely and luxurious. I opted for a room service breakfast which did come late but was tasty and nice too. Overall a good stay but with a few mishaps. Sadly as i was there for business i couldnt attend the spa at the other times offered, but i was offered other...

“We had a Room upgrade.ended up to be a Huge one. No air ventilation in toilet though and no possibility to open windows. Air needs changing especially after shower. Room wasn’t made up after the first night. Breakfast decent. Close to the centre. Good hotel after all. ”
