“The hotel was stunning and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location is beautiful and ideal for walking in to town centre. The food was very nice, I can’t critique anything about the hotel, staff or service. I gave the amenities 3/5 only because we didn’t stay long enough to use them.”

“The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean.
I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t”

We had a family room that consists of two rooms with the bathroom in the middle.
Staff really very friendly and helpful.
