“Be prepared to walk lots of steps. 294 steps from the restaurant to my room (Love triangle). The first night the lights on the stairway were not working. I used my phone flashlight to navigate the steps. The room had a spiral staircase with no safety railing. Not safe at all. The view was spectacular, unfortunately the windows were dirty. “Wir wurden vom Fenster sofort in den Bann gezogen. Der Balkon geht auf den Dschungel, das riesige Glasfenster, die grünen Bäume draußen. Man spürt, dass die Luft dort anders ist. “Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”
