“Bellissimo punto mare, spiaggia pazzesca e ottimo per lo snorkeling.... Come direbbe Barbieri "vale il viaggio". Struttura un po' datata e assolutamente lontana da un resort 4 stelle, soprattutto in considerazione del prezzo esorbitante rispetto a tutte le altre strutture dell'isola. Lettini e ombrelloni da rinnovare, lato snorkeling da rinnovare, spiaggia non esclusiva e con 5 ombrelloni totali (chiunque può venire in motorino e affittare l'ombrellone a 100 bath)! “bellissimo hotel immerso nella natura con una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia di sairee, staff molto gentile e cordiale, stanza pulita e dotata di ogni comfort dall'aria condizionata allo spray anti zanzare. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a febbraio e mi sono trovata benissimo, consiglio il ristorante dell'hotel per il buon cibo e l'attenzione per il cliente. Spiaggia pulita e acqua cristallina con comodissimi lettini per prendere il sole.”

“This resort is truly unique! It is like no place that I have ever stayed before. It is nestled on a hill side, so beware of potential motion sickness as you get to and from the place. If you can handle that, it is well worth it! The Villas are gorgeous, private, and safe. I have never felt as relaxed as I did staying here having a direct poolside view to the ocean all of my own. It is also a short ride away from town and diving sites. Absolutely wonderful!”

“Unsere erste Station nach der Ankunft in Bangkok war Ko Tao – wir hatten die Gecco Villa gebucht. Und was soll ich sagen? Es war vom ersten Moment an der perfekte Start in unseren Familienurlaub. Schon einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft meldete sich der Villenbesitzer Tom per WhatsApp, um sich nach unserer Ankunftszeit und der genauen Pier zu erkundigen. “Had a great few day stay at The Place Luxury Boutique Villas. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Guy and his wife are very informative with things to do. It is very quiet where the villas are located and to walk into 'town' is about a 10-15 min walk. The walk back is a bit more difficult as the villas are up on the hill but there are cabs which will always pick you up or take you back to the hotel. All in all a very nice stay. ”

“This is a lovely, clean hotel in a great location if you are staying in Koh Tao. It is at the top of the hill, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the shops/Sairee Beach (they do offer a shuttle every hour to take you down). We were disappointed when we got there as we had booked a villa, but it was “under maintenance”, so they gave us a deluxe room instead, the view was great, but it was disappointing as it isn’t what we wanted. Breakfast is included, we had a few hiccups with what was ordered...
