“Nice and expensive hotel near the airport with a free shuttle bus service. Ideal if you have an early flight, as I had”

“Always enjoy staying at the Radisson, but this is the second time that I have had to ask for the bottle of wine that Expedia rewards Silver members with. This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service.”

“Air ventilation not working in the toilet. Room clean but rather small with only one chair and a table difficult to use. Comfortable Beds. Decent Breakfast. Position requires public or other form of transport to reach the centre, at just under 20 mins walk. Good hotel altogether. ”

“La struttura è vecchia e necessiterebbe di una "rinfrescata". le stanze sono spaziose, ma l'hotel non pulisce le camere giornalmente. OK parcheggio e colazione. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.”

“The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay.”
