“Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e ben tenute, il personale è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante. Trovandosi giusto dietro l'aeroporto, è perfetto per chi ha un volo molto presto oppure una coincidenza il giorno successivo. Di fronte alla struttura è disponibile un grande parcheggio. Unico neo: la navetta per l'aeroporto è disponibile sino a metà mattina ed in tarda serata, poi bisogna necessariamente prendere un taxi ma il costo della corsa è di sole 6,00 £.”

“L'albergo molto bello ma il fatto che abbia la Spa all'interno che si paghi a parte e solo con prenotazione non mi è piaciuto. Un servizio dell'albergo credo che debba essere compreso nell'acquisto del soggiorno e non a parte. La camera, bella, spaziosa, ma in alcuni punti mancavano pezzi di moquette, non c'era una presa dove attaccare il phon in bagno. Inoltre l'hotel ha una parte esterna che affaccia sul canale dove sedersi, ma che la sera non è possibile andare per esempio a fumare e bisogna...

“mi hanno assegnato una camera freddissima, la finestra, nonostante non si potesse aprire, faceva passare tanta aria ovviamente gelata e aveva un insonorizzazione pessima (sembrava di stare in mezzo alla pista di atterraggio!). Mi sono lamentato con la reception, mi hanno inviato in camera un termosifone elettrico portatile che non è stato minimamente sufficiente. Ieri sera per scaldarmi ho dovuto fare un bagno caldo in vasca da bagno. Assolutamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. ”
