“EVERYTHING WELL EXCEPT FOR THE BEDS, TOO SMALL AND SHORT”

“The closest and best hotel to the UBS arena. Short train ride or Uber to the arena. Wasn’t able to check in when we arrived at 11:00am but they had a nice bathroom where we were able to freshen up and get ready for the concert. Our room was ready by 1:30pm. Would stay here again. ”

“This is not a 5-star hotel by any standard. - first of all there is no concierge service. The receptionists at the front desk are totally hopeless (and I don’t blame them, considering that their job is a different one): when you ask then for tips on restaurants or clubs or places worth visiting, they look back at you perplexed, like “why would I know?”. They will simply hand out a pre-printed list of restaurants, the same way a B&B would do - secondly, there are three lifts, but only one works....

“This is my third trip to the Box House Hotel and I’ve loved it each time! The front desk staff were so accommodating of my son getting in early morning and got him a room by 11! The Irish bartender adds charm to the bar and produced great food and really knew his cocktails- a major bonus for an engagement celebration this weekend!! ”

“My only issue was the lack of parking however I enjoyed my stay honestly I will be booking another stay soon ”

“Errore nello scegliere un albergo a Brooklyn senza conoscere in quale zona si trovava. Mio errore dopo esperienza di 40 anni che giro negli alberghi di tutto il mondo. Colpa grave di Expedia ripetere le caratteristiche formulate dall'hotel, basti pensare il ristorante inesistente oppure il non poter fornire un asciugacapelli. Colpa grave di Espedia di definire buono uno hotel perché costava "solo $ 160 " con servizi falzi. Per chi gira per lavoro un hotel in NY deve far parte della categoria...

“Hotel discreto, non molto grande ma pulito e con personale molto gentile. Decentrato rispetto a Manhattan, ma ad un solo isolato dalla metro. Ci tornerei volentieri. ”

“Very nice hotel but would’ve been nice to know that the pool and outdoor bar were under renovation. The downstairs bar was closed on a Friday night, apparently due to staff shortage. The room was immaculate though, bed very comfy, and friendly service all around. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Very safe, walkable location. ”
