“The property was average. We booked a room with a pool & ocean view, only to find the furniture in the room was situated to look away from the pool view. There was nothing unique or especially outstanding about the property. It was quite tired looking.
Best feature: It's just a walk through the trees to pristine beaches.”

“Great room and check-in, but a safety nightmare in the jacuzzi
Our stay at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort had a fantastic start. The room itself was excellent—clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. I also have to give credit where it's due: the young man who checked us in was absolutely spot on. He was professional, friendly, and made the arrival process seamless.

“I had a late check in, so I followed the after hours process. This was well communicated and easy to follow.
The room was nice, clean but needed a little updating.
As it was dark when I arrived on the Saturday night, I only got to see the view in the morning, which I was looking forward to as the images on their website looked lovely. Well, I hope the entire resort was booked out as I could not see any reason to give us the room above the reception roof, all you could see were 3 different roof...

“Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!”

“Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore.”
