“Es hat alles geklappt! Es hat alles gepasst! Frühstück reichlich und frisch, Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt an der ein oder anderen Ecke dass es bereits ein etwas älteres Haus ist. Man sieht aber, dass aktuell hier und da mal was renoviert wird. Das ist aber alles kein Stress. Rezeption reagiert wunderbar auf Sonderwünsche.... Alles in allem könnte man 5 Sterne geben, aufgrund der kleineren Mängel hier und da (das Team kümmert sich darum) gibt es nur 4 Sterne! Wir würden jederzeit wieder...

Non era dotata di condizionatore( cosa strana per un 4 stelle) così abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore che ci è stato subito fornito.Le tende su alcune finestre non erano oscuranti perciò coi primi raggi la stanza era completamente illuminata.Fatto presente al check-,out,spero ne tengano conto per i futuri ospiti.Colazione ottima e con ampia scelta ”

“Leider hatte das Housekeeping einige schwarze lange Haare im Bad übersehen. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Wir haben aber den housekeeping noch ne Chance gegeben…. Man sieht, dass das Zimmer zumindest leicht Renovierungsbedürftig ist. Der Teppich hatte ein paar große Flecken, das Mobiliar hat auch einige Macken. Ansonsten nette Junge Damen an der Rezeption und die Lage ist auch ruhig ”

“Die Lage zur Europatherme ist natürlich hervorragend. Es ist immer noch sehr gut, wenn auch einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist.. Leider ist nach dem Abendessen - welches sehr gut ist - tote Hose. Die alte Bar ist nicht mehr und das Angebot in dem großen Speisesaal noch weiter zu sitzen ist total ungemütlich und wird nicht angenommen. Wäre schön, wenn das nach dem Umbau berücksichtigt wird.”
