“Though this is not 5 stars hotel but amenities should be functional. Upon check in, realize safe and fridge both no working. Kettle connected to a faulty socket too. Connecting to hotel WiFi was greeted with security warning on Android phone. Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come. All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal. However, the aircon is surprisingly configurable to how I want it to...

“Better than expected. Family room is suitable for kids. Pool’s 100/100. Feels like a boutique hotel - don’t expect 5 stars facilities and finishing but it’s great for the price. 3 things stood out - aircon and warm water supply are perfect, bedding and cot (proper baby cot!) were great too! “It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.”
