“The staff member Stephanie ,on duty when we arrived after a very long day of driving was exceptional in every way. We had several electrical problems in our room and she acted promptly to resolve and assist us . She was professional and empathetic and ultimately moved us , even helped us pack up and move to a different room. We highly recommend her can do service with a smile. The hotel was in a great location with great in room facilities.”

“The view is amazing and is just few minutes walking to the blue lake. Highly recommended. The only cons is the check out at 10am. As per many other places around, an 11am check out would be more attractive and less rush to leave the site”
