“The shower did not have a grab rail or anywhere to put the soap, I also found the shower tray slippery, but when I mentioned it, a non slip mat was provided immediately. The water was cold two nights running, but as soon as I mentioned it, this was rectified”

“Il posto è sperduto nella campagna è non esiste una sola indicazione su come raggiungerlo. Dopo esserci perse proprio perché non avevamo trovato indicazioni su come arrivare, il receptionist ci ha detto che dovevamo telefonare per avvertire (come se in campagna ci fosse campo!) che arrivavamo così tardi altrimenti avrebbero annullare la nostra prenotazione già pagata. La stanza era normalissima, niente a che vedere con quelle mobili antichi che si vedono nelle foto ed anche il parco è solo una...
