“Location and view was nice. Staff attitude, food, WiFi connection and other amenities were pathetic. Room tariff is as per 4 star standards, but quality of service is like 2 star”

“The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the property is just too good. Swimming pool was very small and food was ok. But would definitely recommend this for anyone to stay for couple of days to visit Nainital. The trekking experience was just too good.”

“Property is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner. The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road. We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe.”
